Increasing the height of 2no AOV's on the 11th floor roof and 3no AOV's and 1no smoke shaft on the 12th floor roof. 3no are to be raised 500mm above the lift overrun, approx 2m above roof level, 2no are to be raised 500mm from finished roof level and 1no is to be raised 500mm above parapet level (approx 2m). 2no VFR comfort conditioning units are to be contained within a 12.6m x 4.8m acoustic perimeter to reduce noise emittance on Main Hall roof. Removal of high level (levels 10 & 11) cladding panels, cladding sections between the large format kitchen windows and cladding sections on main hall elevations. Cladding to be replaced with panels of a Buff coloured brick - proposed brick 'Durrow Cream Antique'.
