Description

Remove the rotten and damaged plaster and rotten laths on internal walls and ceilings of the bedrooms and ground floor rooms in main cottage. Install 100mm Woolfibre breathable insulation, breathable membrane and reinstate laths and replaster using approved lime based plaster applied to traditional methods.
