11/01380/M73 - Non-Material Amendment Amendment to remove specific references to use classes in the description of development, amend the 'Development Parameters' set out on the decision notice as follows: Amend reference to B1 use to state E(g)', add reference to the health centre and replace the reference to Classes A1, A2 and A3/A4/A5 with a total of Class E floorspace, hot food takeaway (now sui generis) space and public house space. Amend condition 18v in line with the parameter changes and deletion of criteria iii which is no longer considered relevant. Amendment of condition 19 to replace reference to former use class A1 with use class E(a).
