CL is a small 5 pitch site taking caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents for members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club for recreational purposes only. Certificate of Exemption under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (First schedule, Para 5) which permits the Club to establish small sites without the need to obtain planning. (This is not a planning application so there is no consultation process or right to comment. The applicant is only required to inform the Local Planning Authority who does not determine whether or not the works proposed can be carried out)
