Description

Replacement of the existing wheeled sports facility at Baiter Park, including removal of existing skate features, youth shelter and redundant hardstanding, and installation of new concrete ramps and features over retained and improved tarmac surfacing. The proposal also includes associated soft landscaping to integrate new level changes, together with provision of informal seating, bins, cycle parking and tree planting. Existing access, parking, drainage and lighting will be retained. (Regulation 3)
