Description

T1, Oak: Remove x1 lowest primary branch to allow for improved light penetration to ground floor flats. T2, Beech: Remove x5 truncated low primary branches to lift canopy to approximately 6m for improved light penetration to flats. G3, x3 Douglas Firs: Prune tertiary and secondary branches, away from Balcombe Place by 2.5m to manage encroachment over property and allow for increased light penetration to garden and exisiting deciduous plants and trees. (G3 is located on neighbouring property, Foxdene). T4, Silver Birch: Remove and replant with Acer palmatum or similar Japanese maple. T5, False acacia: Prune to ensure a 3m separation between leaf bearing structure of tree and building by pruning secondary and tertiary branches only. Cuts will not exceed 8cm. T6, Scots Pine: Selectively prune upper canopy (see photo) to increase the separation between tree and building by pruning x4 branches only. Largest cut will be approximately 15cm.
