Non Material Amendment to approved application 7-2023-10346-J to make modifications in the proposed scheme (internal alterations) on account of existing structural members, available loft headroom that was not included in the approved scheme. The loft floor 2-bed flat has been converted to one-bed flat. The side extension shall not be carried out.
