This tree has been planted to close to the building, the roots are on the surface of the lawn growing into the side of the building, branches touching the building, limited life span. Replant same species in a more suitable location. T2- Sorbus - Reduce the whole crown by 1m and shape. This is to give more light to the property and reduce the branches back away from the building as per picture attached.
