T4 – Maritime Pine (Roadside) - Remove deadwood throughout canopy. Highway safety: hazard to vehicles and pedestrians. T5 – Cypress (Front Elevation) - Fell to ground level. Replace with a more suitable ornamental tree (species/position to be agreed) to offset amenity loss. T6 – Sweet Chestnut (Front Corner by Fence) - Fell to ground level. Advanced decline (~80%) and bifurcated basal union (weak fork) create a foreseeable failure pathway at a site boundary. reduction/monolithing inappropriate near the fence and public interface T7 – Red Oak - Crown raise to 5 m from ground level. Remove deadwood throughout canopy. Remove epicormic growth from main stem T8 – Cypress (Middle of Lawn) - Fell to ground level. Replacement with a smaller, site-appropriate species if desired. T9 – Sweet Chestnut (Under Larger Sweet Chestnut) - Fell to ground level. chestnut risks asymmetric loading and poor crown development of the better specimen. T10 – Sweet Chestnut (Closest to Property) - Remove three large pendulous branches extending towards property. Reduce side of canopy to rebalance. Remove deadwood throughout canopy. Remove epicormic growth from main stem. Crown raise to 5 m. leverage and wind-sail, managing defects while retaining the tree and its amenity. T11 – Holly - Reduce by 50% (from c. 10 m × 5 m to c. 5 m overall height), with sympathetic shaping.
