Use of land as temporary construction site compound with vehicular access points and perimeter fencing which will serve the Bournemouth Pier structural repair works. The site compound will be in use for a period of up to 24 months from January 2026 to December 2027. The Contractor will determine the layout they need within the site provided but some areas may be double stacked containers - Regulation 3.
