T1 - Sycamore - Crown Lift to 4m from ground level by removal x5 lowest small diameter branches back to source. T2 - Sycamore - Remove small epicormic growth back to source to a height of 4m from ground level. T3 - Sycamore - Raise the crown to 4m from ground level, Prune the upper scaffold branches in order to create a 2m seperation of the building, Prune to provide 3m clearance of the cottage located on 37 knyveton Road & to provide 2m clearance of the building. Remove the lowest small primary branch back to source. T4 - Holm Oak - Raise the crown to 2.5m from ground level via the removal of the low epicormic growth, Full crown reduction of no more than 2m from the tips inwards.
