Description

Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission 7-2024-4762-AD "The proposal hereby approved will be a self-build property that accords with the legal definition of self-build and custom housebuilding as defined in the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 (as amended by the Housing and Planning Act 2016) ‘the Act’. As such the proposal is exempt from a Biodiversity Net Gain assessment. The applicant shall be the occupant for a period of no less than 3 years and if the applicant sells the property within 3 calendar years from the date of 1st occupation, then the new owner shall carry out a Biodiversity Net Gain assessment retrospectively and submit that report to the Local Planning Authority for written approval. Once approved, the new owner shall implement the Biodiversity Net Gain mitigation within 3 calendar months of the approval of the report, unless agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority"
