Revised landscape plan to replace the removed cedar tree with an Ornamental magnolia tree as opposed to a Quercus Fastigiate (Cypress Oak) as specified in the condition. Amend the location of the cycle store as per the plans submitted and to have a close boarded timber fence on the boundary as opposed to the brick wall on the original application
