Description

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for proposed works for fire barriers upgrade within the façade wall construction, the existing combustible timber T&G cladding will be replaced with the Cedral Click Fibre Cement cladding system,the existing HPL cladding on timber substrate system will be replaced with the Rock Metallic Panel on aluminium sub-frame, the existing brick masonry work will be removed to install cavity fire barrier on the compartment floor, wall, around opening and reconstructed back to match existing brick, the existing render on block work will be removed to install cavity fire barrier on the compartment floor, wall, around opening and reconstructed back to match existing render finishes and vent fittings where necessary will be replaced with like for like non combustible products
