Sycamore (T1) - Prune back by 1m to provide a 2m separation from the neighbouring building. Remove lowest branch above the road, for clearances. Scots pine (T2 & T3) - Prune back by 1m to provide a 2m separation from the neighbouring building, for clearance. Scots pine (T4) - Remove the pendulous branches which grow above the hedge and pavement, to maintain clearance. Scots pine (T5) - Remove tertiary branch touching lampost. Holly (9) - Reduce height by 3m. Reduce smallest stem to 4m, to allow more light to neighbouring property. Lawson cypress (G10) - Reduce height by 2m, to maintain at a lower height so as to allow more light to neighbouring property. Scots pine (T11) - Remove broken branch & remove damaged branch above the lawn. Scots pine (NT12) - Prune branches to provide a 2m separation from the building of Woodrising, for clearance. (Tree belongs to no. 8.) Scots pine (T15) - Remove the extended limb due to its potential vulnerability to high wind. Scots pine (T17) - Section fell to just above ground level due to strong lean above neighbouring property. Due to its position and presence of 2 adjacent Scots pine trees this tree would not be missed. Sycamore (T18) - Crown reduce by 2m to reduce weight and wind-sail due to visible area of decay in main stem. Monterey cypress (T19) - Reduce limb growing above neighbouring building back by 50% to clear roof-line of Sandy Lane. Crown reduce by 2m to reduce weight & wind-sail. Monterey cypress (T20 & T21) - Crown reduce by 2m to reduce weight & wind-sail.
