Non-Material Amendment following approval of 7-2024 29378 for amendments to increase the ridge height by 700mm in alignment with the main roof, in turn creating a more meaningful headroom height in bedroom four and ensuring the buildability of the scheme remains viable. The eaves overhang of the front elevation gable has been bought forward by 500mm to create a canopy as rain cover over the front elevation's glazed entrance in lieu of a porch. No other changes are proposed
