Variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/22/01005/F as described in that description of development to amend the wording to read "Other than units 2 and 3, the development hereby permitted shall achieve a minimum BREEAM 'Excellent' rating (or equivalent standard). Units 2 and 3 shall achieve a minimum BREEAM 'Good' rating. Within 6 months of first occupation of the building(s) in each phase, or as agreed in writing with the Council, the Post-Construction Review Certificate for that phase shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority verifying that the standards have been met. Reason: In order to deliver an energy efficient and sustainable development in accordance with PP37 of the Poole Local Plan adopted 2018.
