Description

T1 - English Oak: Undertake a branch reduction on all lateral growth only by no more than 1.75m from the tips inwards on all growth spanning from a NW-NE direction. Ensuring that all cuts are brought back to viable growth points and that no pruning wounds exceed 55mm in diameter. Raise the crown to 4.5m from ground level via the removal of tertiary and secondary branches only and remove epicormic reaction growth from the main stem which has occurred due to the excessive pruning within the upper crown.
