Application Details
Description

T2 - copper beech tree to be crown lifted to 7m all round, roughly gutter height. This will allow more light to pass under the tree and into the house. Lower level overextended branches pointing NW to be reduced by up to 2.5m back to the natural canopy line. To also reduce the top overextended branches by up to 1m to leave a thicker top canopy. This will remove the wispy shoots from the top. G1 - line of mixed trees constituting of Thujas and holly along the NW drive way of the property to be dismantled down the ground level. These are all poorly formed trees as they are over crowded and to close together. As they havnt been maintained at an appropriate height for their location. Due to their height and overcrowding they are blocking a lot of light and heat to the neighbours property. Owner is happy to replace the trees with 4 silver birch trees which are less intrusive and a thinner canopy to allow more light through. T3 - cedar tree in the NW rear car park to have the lowest branch overhanging the neighbours property removed and the remaining 2 overextended branches growing over the neighbours property reduced by up to 2.5m back to an appropriate growth point, these are heavy lateral branches so the reduction will help reduce the chance of these branches failing and causing more damage. To also remove the large failed limb overhanging the owners car park removed. This has snapped and is resting on the Lower branches so is a high risk.
