Description

T1 Scots Pine (ownership is 23 canford cliffs road) Fell heavily weighted poor form pine to ground level and replace. the tree is low quality and likely to fail in the future due to excessive lean. G1- Reduce 3x Holme oak beside the property by 2.0 meters to suitable growth points and prune back to clear the building line as previously pruned. The trees are planted too close to the building and will require regular maintenance but home owner would like to retain and maintain. (pruning as per annotated picture attached) . T2- Holme oak (below the Scots pine) reduce by 2.0 meters to increase light into the garden below and prevent the holme oak from growing into the crown of the mature pine. All tree works are seen as maintenance.
