T1 - Alder - Remove the front x2 stems over the road. The stems are currently leaning over the road and access for higher sided vehicles is an issue. the bin lorry currently struggles to drive down without damage and I suspect fire access will be restricted. the removal of the stems will allow access for larger vehicles.
