T1 Willow - we wish to prune the Willow stem encroaching on to 25 Sandyhurst Close back to the Boundary of the foot path to the rear of the property under the residents "common law right". The Stem is showing signs of fibre buckling from it's lateral growth pattern and is heavily weighted over the residents garden. It is beginning to damage her fence line.
