Description

T1 - Walnut (Juglans regia) ? Lift the crown by pruning pendulous secondary and tertiary branches to achieve a clearance above ground level of up to 4 metres. Reduce small diameter (up to 50mm) low lateral secondary and tertiary branches back by up to 1 metre to reduce the over-all spread of the canopy by 1 metre in all directions and achieve a clearance of up to 2 metres between the dwelling and the nearest foliage. The top of the tree should not be reduced as this will encourage side growth and compound any issues of shading.
