Description

T1 & T2 - Monterey Pine (G9) - Remove new growth from the top of the tree to recover harbour views. As has been consented to on several previous occasions since an appeal. T3 - Oak (G8) - Prune branches to provide a 2m separation from the building, for clearance. T4 - Holm oak (possibly the excluded Holm oak in G10? Tree positions not marked in TPO group outline) - Crown lift canopy by 1m & crown thin by 10%, to allow harbour glimpses through and beneath the tree's crown which have been lost due to growth.
