E5.79 a Common Lime tree has had previous inspections (routine VTA's) but a recent second deadwooding with a MEWP showed the top third of the tree is decaying and has soft wood. This explains excessive production of deadwood recently. The recommendation is to remove the top 1/3 (8 metres) of the tree.
