Variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/21/00145/F as described in that description of development for the approved drawings to be substituted with the amended drawings which includes the removal of first floor apex windows, extension of the master bedroom into the approved master bedroom balcony, introduction of Velux windows to the master bedroom (above head height), removal of a ground floor window, the amendment of a double hung ground floor window to a picture window, removal of rear garage windows, retention of the angled wall to the lower ground floor guest bedroom, new timber cladding to the porch, new timber cladding to the garden room, an increase to the height of the approved terraces western flank wall, new external steps down the side of the house in place of the approved steps and slope.
