Variation of conditions 2 & 4 of planning permission APP/23/00496/F as described in that description of development for condition 2 to read: The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 023/006/01 rev 'D' and for condition 4 to read: Both in the first instance and upon all subsequent occasions, the proposed windows marked "OG" on the Proposed Rear Elevation, on the approved plans shall be glazed with obscure glass which conforms to or exceeds Pilkington Glass Privacy Level 3 and shall either be a fixed light or hung in such a way as to prevent the effect of obscure glazing being negated by reason of opening. These windows shall be erected and installed in accordance with the approved details hereby permitted no later than the expiration of 1 month beginning with the date of this permission and shall thereafter be permanently retained as such.
