Description

The demolition of the existing buildings at 17- 21 Banks Road and the construction of a block of 10no. flats: Variation of Condition 14 of APP/14/00561/F - Prior to the commencement of development, designs, details of the wall, gates and railings to the roadside, and a scheme of landscaping and species for the 'planting' areas, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority. The approved details shall then be implemented and thereafter retained and maintained.' To read: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out within the drawings titled 'Proposed Amendment to Railings and Gates to Road Frontage' (Ref No 029-SK01 Rev B dated 11/04/2023) and 'Planting' Areas' (Ref No. LL485-100-0001 Rev C (dated 22/10/2014).
