Description

Retrospective application for temporary domectic shed structure on a separate plot of land. Shed has wooden sides and felt roof, and double wooden door single access point to the shed. The shed measures 3700mm by 2440mm, with a height of 2340mm into the highest point on the pitched roof. Pre-existing fences surround the shed on two sides with a block wall to the third side. The side that is currently open will be planted with evergreen shrubs to provide screening from view. This is further already concealed by four current parking bays. The structure will take up less than a quarter of the available land.
