Description

Group of beech trees to be crown lifted to 4.5m all round, this will allow more light to pass under the tree as well aa lifting the canopy up and away from the playground. To also reduce the heavy low level lateral limbs but up to 3m back to appropriate growth point. These branches are heavy overextended branches which are more prone to snapping out. Due to the location of the tree this would is highly recommended. To also prune to give a 2m clearance between tree and building. Removal of small competing stem growing from the middle tree. This stem will continue to force its way through the mature trees and will continue to lean over the playground more, over time this may fail due to weight and lean. Remove lowest heavy lateral branch growing towards to road on the tree closest to the road. This is a high risk branch due to the weight and removal will help balance the tree.
