Description

T 1 - Beech Tree - Fell There is a main sewer running along the rear of no. 27 which is very close to T1 and due to the close proximity there is potential for future damage to the mains sewer, Please refer to sewer plan attached to this application. There is evidence of cracking to the garden retaining wall below the patio as illustrated in the photographs attached. There is several exposed tree roots from T1 as illustrated in the photographs. The tree is in close proximity to the rear of of the property. T 2 Sweet Chestnut - Crown thin by 10 percent and remove dead wood.
