The trees are lapsed hedging plants which are now poor specimens offering limited amenity value and if left unmanged are to impact the adjacent Cedar. Their removal will not impact the visual amenity and will allow the newly planted trees adjacent to take over. Planting is not recommended due to new stock being recently introduced within close vecinity.
