Description

The centre of the crown has split in two, (as can be seen in the photographs), the damaged stem will be removed to the next live limb below the split. TP0/10/00025 / T1 please see photographs attached. The landowner has contacted your team on the phone however please accept formal notice of the planned emergency works. The field is currently rented as an equestrian facility, and so the work will be completed ASAP to ensure the safety of the field users.
