Description

Refurbishment works for the transformation of the existing Care and Innovation Centre. External works including: ? Localised replacement of the metal roof to an infill building (with butterfly roof) and installation of an insulated, composite roofing system. ? Select removal of timber frame, single and ribbon windows units with uPVC. ? Replacement of timber frame external entrance/exit doors with widened powder-coated aluminium equivalent. ? Installation of new roller shutter door and associated level access via a ramp ? Work to elevations include repairing damaged and holes brickwork, repointing works and infill brickwork. Internal works including: full strip and upgrade of existing finishes and services together with reconfiguration to accommodate a new layout.
