Description

Refurbishment and conversion of an existing industrial building into a new vehicle service repair centre - demolition of part of the existing building and replacement of hardstanding surface and hardstanding areas. Replace existing external wall and roof cladding. The conversion will provide various forms of servicing with accommodation for vehicle workshops, customer service area and 2x MOT test bays: Variation of Condition 2 of APP/23/00847/F for the repositioning of the wet valet enclosure, standalone car valet facility with hardstanding, revised parapet roof profile, revised north and west elevations to retain existing cladding materials, new external door in south elevation, removal of one of three high level daylight panels, minor positional changes to windows in south elevation, relocation of the cycle store and the introduction of electric vehicle charging points.
