To varied the wording of condition 21 to read as 'Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 or any subsequent re-enactments thereof, the commercial ground floor units of the development hereby approved shall be used for A1, A2, A3 (including sui generis hot food takeaway) or D1 uses only and for no other purpose whatsoever without formal planning permission first being obtained. The A1, A2, A3 and D1 uses hereby permitted shall exclude creches, nurseries or other childcare facilities; healthcare facilities; and food retail'.
