Variation of conditions 1 ,13 & 15 of planning permission APP/21/01786/P to: vary condition 1 listing the approved plans in order to make material amendments to the approved layout of the scheme in the form of siting of a substation at the rear of the site, amendments to the parking spaces and cycle store and the incorporation of an internal bin store; to vary the wording of condition 13 in relation to the waste management plan to allow for weekly bin collection and to remove the reference to the gradient; and to vary the wording of condition 15 of the permission to reduce the number of units built in accordance with the requirements of Approved Document Part M4(2) Category 2 of the Building Regulations (2015) (as amended) from 12 units to 3 units.
