Description

Non material amendment following approval APP/22/01459/F for a number of changes to the design of the project are required following technical design. These include changes to the site layout and external elevations. The changes to proposed site layout include a simplified and reorganised car parking layout with improved siting of the visitor and disabled parking bays. The site layout includes the omission of the standalone car valet facility and now includes an area of hard standing for vehicle car washing in lieu. The changes to the external elevations include the omission of the raised parapet roof profile and include a revised design which follows more closely the existing roof profile (the replacement of roof materials as consented scheme). Elevations revised to suit the change to the roof profile. The north and west elevations of the proposed building are to be revised to retain the existing cladding materials. A new external door is to be formed in the south elevation to provide for means of escape from the parts store area and mezzanine. One of the three high-level daylight panels is to be omitted in the south elevation (two panels to remain). Minor positional changes to windows in south elevation.
