Variation of condition 2 and 3 of planning permission APP/22/00923/F to revise the list of approved plans to include the following: square bays with gables above to north west (front) of main house, balcony with glass balustrade on first floor to front to replace previously approved hipped porch, flat roof over north western dormer, glass balustrade of first floor balcony to south west, deeper extensions with gables on the first floor to south west (rear), Juliet balcony to south west, reduce size of first floor balcony to this side, altered fenestrations and doors to north east, south west, north west and south east of the main house including the addition of 2no. obscure glazed windows to 1st floor side elevations, reduce size of pool, width of store, width of boat house and stairs leading to lower level of rear garden, enlarge garage door to boat house and add new door to this room, increase depth of store rooms, increase the height of balustrade of rear terrace and amend rear site levels, install louvred canopy over part of lower level of rear garden, install square side dormers to lodge house replacing existing barrel vaults, amend fenestrations and garage doors within lodge house, and amend external finishing materials to main house and lodge house
