Variation of Condition 3 of Planning Permission APP/18/00891/F as described in that permission of development to remove 11 metre high stainless steel signage fixed to the elevation. Remove roof level brise soleil sunscreen due to ongoing seagull and pigeon issues. Remove proposed flat roofed lobby extension at front entrance due to poor grounds conditions. Install free standing canopy above existing entrance of similar design to existing original approved canopy. Replace vertical coloured terracotta baguette style cladding with vertical metal plank product in similar style and colours at ground floor level. Infill ground floor store room high level slot windows both internally and externally.
