Variation of Condition 3 of Planning Permission APP/18/00892/F as described in that permission of development to remove 11 metre high stainless steel signage fixed to the elevation. Remove roof level brise soleil sunscreen. Remove proposed flat roofed lobby extension at front entrance due to poor ground conditions and install free standing canopy above existing entrance of similar design to existing original approved canopy. Replace vertical coloured terracotta baguette style cladding with vertical metal plank product in similar style and colours at ground floor level. Infill ground floor store room high level slot windows both internally and externally. Remove external store room terracotta cladding and replace with painted render finish to the entrance and elevation to Lagland Street, existing brickwork to the car park elevation to remain. Remove one ground floor enclosed patio area adjacent to electricity sub station.
