Description

Non-material amendment following the approval of APP/20/00452/F for the extension of time to condition 9 - 'Details of the use of on-site renewable sources to meet a minimum of 10% of predicted future energy use of the hospital extension hereby permitted, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The renewable energy sources shall be installed or connected in accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation of the dwellings hereby permitted and subsequently implemented, retained and maintained'.
