Description

Variation of Conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 11 of planning permission APP/22/00942/F as described in that Description of Development to adjust the building footprint away from the trees and rotate orientation to harnes' natural light and solar gain. Increase gross internal area by 10m2 and reduce gross external area including decking by 12m2. Revise driveway/pedestrian entrance to utilise existing track to minimise loss of lawn/amenity. Resite carport to North East 8 metres to boundary away from trees. Reduce roof height by 1 metre to 3.4 metres, flat form green roof with bronze aluminium fascia. Revise materials to bronze zinc wall cladding/fascias/hand made wall brick cladding/black grey aluminium glazing frames.
