T1 - Holm Oak, T2 - Holm oak and T3 - Beech - Prune to provide a clearance of no more than 2 metres of the roof and side elevation of the main building at 15 St Anthonys Road, G1 - Conifer group - (Monterey cypress), - Crown raise lower branches back to main stem/boundary by 2m from above apex of garage roof and further reduce remaining overhanging branches without cutting into deadwood, T4 Yew - Crown raise lower branches back to main stem/boundary by 2m from above apex of garage roof and further reduce remaining overhanging branches without cutting into deadwood, T5 - Laurel - Reduce all growth hard back to boundary fence line etc (no space for adding the additional trees to this description of works however they will form part of the report and the decision).
