Description

Internal and external alterations to include LGF - WC cubicle partitions removed and new smaller WC cubicle to be formed. Existing fireplace niche in the Kitchen altered. New bath stone arch form new range to match existing. The bottom step of staircase to be reinstated to create a straight stair. A new stud wall division to be created between the stair Corridor and Dining Room. Stone slabs beneath to be removed and replaced with new timber boards to match the existing timber floorboards.
