Description

External and internal works to repair and redecorate external railings (Blocks 1, 2, 4, and 7), all cast iron rainwater goods. To repair lead flashings and lead-lined dormers where required. To clear, inspect and repair lead-lined parapet gutters and valleys. To undertake repointing of chimney stacks and the Block 7 gable end wall. To cap any open chimney pots with breathable cowls and remove the internal courtyard bird netting. Replacement of internal floor coverings and redecoration of internal surfaces.
