Description

Regularisation of previous consent for minor alterations to the basement layout, works to include, removal of the timber staircase against the south wall, infill floor with matching boards, remove section of the floor at the north end and insert a steel spiral staircase to access the basement floor, insertion of a steel framed mezzanine floor over the bar area of the north room, accessed by the continuation of the spiral stair.
