Creation of driveway/hardstanding and dropped kerb (Certificate of Lawfulness for a Proposed Development) The conversion of usage will require the removal of the the front boundary wall at the property. The conversion will also require the kerb in front of the property to be dropped. No machinery will be installed as a result of these works. Once the kerb in front of the property has been dropped propose to: 1) Remove front boundary wall. 2) (Re-)Use existing decorative gravel surface within front garden as hardstand. The above should thereby provide off-street day/night parking for a single motor vehicle. NOTE: Multiple other properties within the local area have carried out similar works.
