Description

Creation of a new vehicular access from the A4, Bath Road, to allow construction and operation of a new below ground storage tank, with associated below or at ground level infrastructure, to be installed as permitted development. The new access would replace the existing vehicular access to the field, which would be blocked up with a stone wall in line with the existing boundary wall.
