Description

Retention and rectification of internal and external works comprising of (in respect of no. 32) the stripping of paint from the front elevation to expose the limestone ashlar and the stripping of paint from rear elevation to expose the rubble masonry and carrying out mortar repairs (based on sample area) and retention of the paint colour to windows installed pursuant of Listed Building Consent 13/02472/LBA and the installation of glazed panels to the existing balcony. The removal of the balconettes to the two second floor windows on front elevation is proposed and reinstatement of internal partition wall from the former shop-unit. In respect of no. 32A the removal of the door and access bridge followed by reinstatement of window and the retention of the full size sash window and works to relocate the kitchen from basement to lower ground floor level (and vice-versa in respect of the formation of an ensuite) is proposed.
